I’m Kevin Corbett, owner of Corbett Carpentry. I’ve been in the construction industry for two decades starting out on high-end projects in London and studying Carpentry and Joinery at Ealing College.

In 2015 I launched Corbett Carpentry, the same year my daughter was born, I moved to Reading and realised working for homeowners is way more rewarding than building sites.

In 2017, I discovered my passion for designing and building fitted furniture—especially wardrobes. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of clients with custom furniture projects.

To keep up with the growing demand, I partnered with Will Miller, an expert joiner, and opened a dedicated workshop—finally moving out of my garage. Our team also includes a virtual designer based in the Philippines, who provides design concepts and detailed working drawings. Kate, another virtual team member, handles calls and schedules appointments.

Our team also benefits from the expertise of Richard Newman, who has over 40 years of experience in high-end joinery. He assists with fittings and offers invaluable advice.
